For over 20 years, I have helped individuals and couples heal difficult emotions, overcome anxiety and resolve conflicts to allow them to lead more productive lives and have joyful relationships. Having a passion for the work of therapy and healing, I have trained in several advanced techniques of therapy which allows me to use a combination of talk therapy and body centered approaches.
Since 1990, I have helped individuals suffering from:

Individual Counselling
My approach with individuals is to use a combination of talk therapy and awareness of what is taking place in your body. This helps you understand more clearly and quickly the truth of the matter and helps you access your inner resources, strengths and wisdom. This wisdom is accessed when the mind is calmed down and the awareness is settled in the body. I help you reconnect with what you already have which allows you to make decisions from a place of confidence and clarity, rather than from what you think you should do or what someone else suggests you should do.

Couples Counselling
My approach with couples is to first diagnose what the strengths and weaknesses are in your relationship so we can identify more precisely the reasons for your difficulties and build on the strengths that you have. My therapy is grounded in methods that are well researched, in my belief in cultivating kindness, respect and understanding in partnership, as well as in my own personal experience of 20 years of successful marriage.
