In-Person Counselling
Our counselling offices are conveniently and discreetly located in the heart of Kitsilano and offer you complete privacy. Our counsellors can schedule appointments during weekdays, evenings and week ends. We try to accommodate you with an appointment within the same week.
Our initial assessment serves to help us understand your situation more precisely and give you some skills you can use right away. We can then discuss ways in which we believe we could help you and a ‘guesstimate’ idea of how many sessions this might require. We offer a broad range of counselling services with highly qualified counsellors, therefore, we are able to assist our clients with most challenges. Fees can be discussed directly with the therapist as each therapist has their own fee structure.
The Alpine Anxiety and Stress Relief Clinic is located in Vancouver, BC. Our team of experienced counsellors and therapists utilize proven and well researched methods to provide relief from the symptoms of anxiety, stress, depression and panic.
