Relationships
Can’t communicate with each other?
Tired of unproductive, hurtful fighting?
A good marriage doesn’t just happen, it takes skills to create it. Learn how!
Relationship difficulties can include:
- Feeling lonely or empty in the relationship.
- Not feeling heard by your partner.
- Jealousy and trust issues.
- Lack of sexual desire.
- Feeling like you are falling out of love.
- Infidelity.
- Family, parenting, in-law struggles.
Even the most ‘in love’ and committed couples will face unexpected challenges and roadblocks at some point in their relationship – because this is normal!
If you feel “stuck” as a couple, you are not alone. Many couples arrive at this place without even knowing how they got there.
In our approach, we view your individual differences or ‘irreconcilable differences’ and seemingly ‘irresolvable conflicts’ not as signs of incompatibility but rather as unique challenges that encourage you to grow and deepen your love.
Counselling in a non judgmental environment, will give you the resources and skills to help resolve your difficulties.
Our counsellors can help you:
- Create the relationship you want with your partner.
- Communicate openly without the fear of hurting each other’s feelings.
- Resolve unproductive conflict.
- Improve co-operation.
- Help resolve differences in sexual desire.
- Heal betrayals after an affair.
- Reconcile after separation.
