Sometimes, life can feel very heavy, and I believe that being hard on ourselves is the first thing we tend to do, while it might be the last thing we actually need. Is there uncertainty in the direction of your life? Do you feel stressed and anxious?
Learning to be kind and compassionate towards yourself is where everything begins. This is key to the process, because facing and sitting with the pain is inevitable to rebuild what is broken.
I use different therapies, such as Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family System Therapy (IFS), breathwork, mindfulness practices, and my intuition. As you are unique, my approach depends on what you need and resonate with.
I offer a non-judgemental space where you feel heard, and we can collaborate together. Sharing your life challenges with someone you feel comfortable with can be the first step towards healing.
I came to counselling with over 20 years ‘experience in previous careers in customer service, teaching, training, massage therapy and yoga. My years in the Wellness Industry allow me to provide you with the skills to work holistically on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
When I share what I have been through, people often seem surprised. Those who know me well describe me as a very positive person who has a good sense of humour; but at the same time, I am not someone who will pretend things are great when they are not. Facing my own pain was crucial for me to smile again. The key is that I had to work on myself to be where I am today. I was helped, and this is why I have been helping others in return. Throughout my life experience, I realized how transformative counselling can be.
