I have been helping people improve their life and overcome major challenges for over 20 years.   As a psychotherapist and Social Worker I use a combination of approaches to meet the needs of my clients.   Grounded in anti-oppressive, anti-racist and trauma-informed practices, I offer an open minded, strengths-based outlook towards well-being.

I have completed my Masters of Social Work at the University of Toronto, an advanced standing Bachelor of Social Work at Ryerson University and degrees in clinical psychology from South Africa.
