the belief that healing happens through connection—whether that’s reconnecting with yourself, with others, or with the world around you.
I specialize in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, and body-centered psychotherapy to help people find balance, insight, and lasting change.
Outside the counselling room, I am happiest surrounded by nature. I’m an animal lover, avid gardener, and enthusiastic traveler who finds inspiration in exploring new places and caring for the world around me.
