Feeling sad, stuck, anxious or unmotivated are some reasons why life sometimes feels hard. As a counsellor, I commit to you to ensure that you are met with unconditional positive regard and an evidence-based approach that will support you in your healing journey as I help you heal and become the person you want to be.
My work is based on a positive therapeutic relationship as the foundation of the counselling journey. I am interested in your life story, its ups and downs, and in you as your wonderful self.
