With over 20 years of experience in Body-Mind Therapy. I am a Member of the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada as a Certified Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC); Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), and Certified Body-Mind Therapist (BMT). Successful at helping clients unravel mental and emotional layers to identify root causes of problems and develop strong coping skills by working with methodical and evidence-based approaches. Together we will create a customized action plan that may include but not limited to goal setting, breathwork, meditation, Chi Kung, and journaling by examining feelings, thoughts, and behaviours.

I have traveled around the world and studied with teachers in Canada, the USA, Peru, Columbia, Bali, and Mexico.   I have dedicated my practice to learning, growing, healing, and teaching. I am committed to empowering my clients and offer a compassionate, empathic, and non-judgemental environment.

I offer a unique style of therapy that is customized to each clients’ holistic needs. The whole person is considered – body, emotions, mind, and spirit for optimal health and wellness. My own personal journey is the foundation from which I draw tools, empathy, compassion, and understanding for your personal customized treatment plan. You will learn and practice techniques for relaxation, coping, resilience, stress management, and balance. I will guide you on your holistic journey back to wellness with a goal-oriented approach. As you go through the therapy process, I may ask you to do homework that may include activities, reading or practices that add to what you learn during our regular therapy sessions and I encourage you to apply what you’re learning in your daily life.
