For the last twenty years, I have successfully assisted individuals with a wide range of struggles. My priority is to provide a safe, compassionate, and welcoming environment for my clients. I am passionate about guiding individuals toward growth and self-discovery.
I work hard to establish a therapeutic working relationship to enable individuals to explore their unique lived experiences and the challenges they wish to work through in a supportive, confidential, and healing setting.
I make sure to provide a safe and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals.
I would describe my therapeutic approach as holistic and integrative respecting each individual’s uniqueness and diversity.
I work from a trauma-informed therapeutic approach. My work with clients is rooted in assisting clients to improve their awareness about themselves to begin the healing process. I encourage clients to explore the profound connection of all parts of our being- their mind, physical body, emotional body, and spirit.
Working with individuals, I encourage self-awareness, skill-building, mindfulness, and personal growth. I invite my clients to learn about their strengths and successfully cope with the challenges that they are facing.
Clients report feeling better and hopeful after their first session.
My personal experiences with motherhood, trauma, and navigating relationship challenges have made me passionate about therapeutic work and the healing process.
I understand that it takes courage to seek help. Counselling has made a huge difference in my own life.
